I would like to thank you for making the commitment to change your life for the better. I want you to understand that this will be the hardest thing you have ever done in your life but it will be damn worth it! Fitness isn't about the number on the scale - it is about your overall health.
Mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health must be exercised in order to maintain a great quality of life. I developed this program to accomplish exactly that. It will challenge you in many different ways that will all force your body to rapidly burn fat and it will improve your body's ability to move in all three planes of motion. Together we will identify goals and the best course of action to make certain that they are met.
Nutrition will be the hardest challenge to overcome. Because of that, ensuring that you are educated on the proper macronutrients your body needs will be our main focus. Your exercise plan will be built with your current skill level as a base and the difficulty will increase from there.
Consistency is key and in order for you to be successful, you need to be accountable and stay on top of your meals, cardio, and workouts. Over the past 15 years I have seen hundreds of lives changed, including my own, through fitness. I will provide you with all of the tools you need to be "GameReady." All you have to do is show up and give me everything you've got!
Take it one day at a time until those days turn into a week. Before you know it, weeks turn into months and months turn into a year. But it begins with one day. Eat clean, train dirty, take it one day at a time and let time do what it does best, add and subtract. One Life -One Body-Get Fit!
