SPEED, AGILITY & CONDITIONING PROGRAM
Meet Coach D'Juan Woods
D’Juan Woods, originally from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; now residing in Frisco Texas. I’ve always had a knack for athletics and a passion for competing. As a 4-year starter and 2 time state football champion in high school, I was offered full athletic scholarship to play at Oklahoma State University. During my tenure at OSU I lead the wide receiving core to 4 bowl championship appearances and finished MVP with all American honors. I ended my collegiate career at OSU ranked 3rd all time leading wide receiver. In 2007!I was acquired by Jacksonville Jaguars. In 2009 I was traded to the New Orleans Saints, under Sean Peyton and won Super Bowl XLIII.
My NFL career was dramatically cut short due to a spinal cord injury nearly paralyzing me from the neck down. I was told I’d never be active again. In 2012 I became a certified personal trainer and really began to study kinesiology seriously. In 2015 I co-founded the Ultimate Athlete Bootcamp. Utilizing the principle I’ve learned throughout my career and recovery process I developed an training program that allows everyday people to unleash their inner athlete to get in shape and dominate their life! From 2016- 2018 I was awarded the position Nike Master Trainer and trained some of the worlds top athletes in the world. In 2019 I developed the Slow Feet Don’t Eat youth training program helping young athlete develop their overall athleticism and improve their foot speed and hip quickness. #SlowFeetDontEat
